Bärlauch-Nudeln mit Frischkäse

  • 150 g Noodles
  • 50g Bärlauch
  • 200g small tomatoes
  • 1 Tblsp. olive oil
  • 200g cream cheese
  • salt and pepper 
  • chili

Prepare the noodles as directed, reserving 100 ml of the cooking water. Cut the Bärlauch in to strips, halve or quarter the tomatoes (depending on size). Heat the olive in a pan and quickly saute the tomatoes and Bärlauch. Add the cream cheese and the noodle water. Bring to a boil and simmer briefly. Season the sauce and serve with the noodles.
