1/2 onion, sliced
1 clove garlic, crushed
1" ginger, grated
1/2 cup yogurt
1 Tblsp. MDH tandoori masala
1 tsp. Kashmiri mirch
juice of 1/2 lemon
Mix and marinade chicken (or whatever) for >2 hours. Enough for at least two large chicken breasts.
