Sorta Açorda

I had leftover chicken stock, stale bread, and Portugal on the brain.  This recipe is not necessarily authentic but it worked for me!

Makes: 1 serving

Calories per serving: ~500 (due to oil)

Cost per serving (Heidelberg): like 20 cents? 

1.5-2 cups chicken stock (I didn't measure but it looked about like that)
3 cloves garlic
2 tablespoons olive oil (could work with just 1)
1/4 teaspoon salt unless your stock is already pretty salty
1 egg
60 grams stale bread, cut into about 2x-3x the size of a normal crouton
black pepper
parsley or cilantro

Heat up the stock, garlic, oil, and salt together.  Poach the egg in it.  Add bread, pepper, and parsley/cilantro to taste.
